Delete your Cue account

In Cue, open Settings and choose Reset. You can also permanently delete an individual connection from its conversation details. Reset removes Cue's local profiles, conversations, personas, screenshots, drafts, and suggestions from the device after the app confirms every storage category was cleared.

From the email address used for your Cue beta account, email cue@thebrandingstory.com with the subject “Delete my Cue account.” We will verify the request without asking you to send a password or authentication token.

After verification, Cue will delete the account and account-scoped profile, conversation, persona, draft, suggestion, capture-result, and service-operation data under its control. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Narrow records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security investigations, or proof that a deletion was completed. Those records are minimized and do not retain message, profile, screenshot, draft, or generated-reply content.
