Cue Child Safety Standards

Cue has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Cue is intended only for adults 18 and older, and these standards apply to every user and every use of the app.

Prohibited conduct and content

Cue must never be used to create, request, store, facilitate, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving a person under 18. Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, exploitation, or attempts to normalize or coordinate such conduct are prohibited.

Users may not use AI-assisted drafts to evade safety controls, conceal abusive intent, contact minors for sexual purposes, or pressure anyone to create or share sexual content.

Reporting a concern

Report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to cue@thebrandingstory.com with the subject “Cue child safety report.” The designated contact is prepared to address Cue's prevention practices and compliance.

Do not email illegal images or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Provide only the minimum safe information needed to locate the issue, such as the relevant Cue screen, date, and a description of the concern. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

How Cue responds

We review child-safety reports promptly, preserve only the records needed for a lawful investigation, and may restrict or terminate access. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional or national authority as required by applicable law, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Product safeguards

Cue does not provide a public social feed, friend discovery, or automatic message sending. It requires deliberate user review before saved conversation context is used and before drafted text is sent in another app. Unsupported and sensitive fields receive only a context-free keyboard, and Cue's service limits and safety rules cannot be overridden by a reply persona or user-supplied instruction.
